Kim (and Marcy) were absolutely fantastic to work with during our home search. We were moving from an urban condo and did not have an area nor price range we were set on, which can make for an unorganized buying experience. They listened to our preferences and made great recommendations on both  neighborhoods and home characteristics. We looked at a number of different properties but only ended up making one offer. We were very impressed by the work from Kim Pease team. What I appreciated most is that they were constantly collecting data points (and encouraging us to do that as well) and adjusting the strategy as needed. I found some other agents grabbed on to a single strategy and just went after that.   Which may work but Kim and team took in information and adjusted as needed. They handled everything for our staging including some small repairs and made it so easy for us to get our house sold (within 2 days, even before the open house was set to happen).
